T.J. and Jayme started dating in August 2009. T.J. popped the question May 2012. They recently moved to South Salem and live withs with their beagle, Murphy, GSP/lab mix, Quizz and two chickens.
T.J
Theodore Joseph Hafner was born and raised outside Aumsville, Oregon He grew up learning the ins and outs of grass seed farming and also developed skills in hunting. T.J. ran competitively on his high school track team and also competed on the basketball team. He attended Eastern Oregon University and competed on the track team. He later graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. is Crop and Soil Sciences. Currently, T.J. works as an in-house agronomist at a organic blueberry farm. He still plays basketball through city leagues and has competed in many duathlons and triathlons.
Jayme
Jayme Felice Pierce was born in Mesa, Arizona, spent time in California but spent the majority of her childhood in rural Washington County, Oregon. She danced ballet and tap from the age of 3 until high school. Jayme enjoyed skiing and even had a stint racing. She played for her high school water polo and ski teams. She earned her B.S. in Environmental Sciences at Oregon State University and continued to earn her J.D. at the University of Oregon. Currently, Jayme works at the Oregon Department of Justice. She loves to spend time at home with Murphy and Quizz but also enjoys training for triathlons and chasing running with T.J.
